As a cancer survivor, the mother of a childhood cancer survivor, and someone whose life’s work has centered on understanding human behavior, I bring profound compassion and powerful insight to the women I serve.

My journey has given me a rare perspective on healing, identity, resilience, and the deeper question so many women carry: What is the more I know I’m meant for?

My approach blends psychology, mindset work, spirituality, and honest inner reflection to help women navigate major life transitions with grace and courage.

This is not surface-level motivation. It is deep, sacred work that supports women in remembering who they are, reconnecting with God, and moving forward with truth, clarity, and self-trust.

Is this therapy or counseling?

This is coaching that is centered on personal growth, nurturing your spiritual development, & helping you manifest a life that feels aligned, intentional, and fulfilling. It is not clinical or diagnostic in nature-it is about expansion, awareness, and conscious.

Who is this for?

For individuals who are spiritually curious, growth- oriented adults who sense there is “more” available to them-more clarity, more ease, more calm, more alignment-but feel held back by long held programming. If you’re ready to move from living by default to living by design, this program is for you.

How do I get started?

What services do you offer?

Currently, I offer private 1 to 1 coaching, group coaching, & guided sessions focused on mindset, self-awareness, and personal growth. Also, I do consulting work for Non-profits and other agencies. The work I do helps you uncover patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and move you toward a more aligned and intentional life.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Many of our programs offer flexible payment plan options in addition to a paid-in-full rate.  Payment plans allow you to secure your spot with an initial payment and complete the remaining balance through scheduled installment(s).

Is there extended access to the programs?

You will receive lifetime access to the core program materials through your account. This allows you to revisit the teachings, recordings, and resources at your own pace whenever you need a refresher.
